Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer, delivering technical solutions, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth. Daily tasks include providing technical support to customers, presenting product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to market expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and understanding of technical products and solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in technical support and Sales, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly and persuasively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to varied audiences
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and travel to client locations as necessary
