This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer in Cutting Tools located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, developing cutting tool solutions, providing technical expertise, and delivering technical support to customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, designing appropriate solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team with technical knowledge to meet business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales methodologies
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solving complex challenges
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs
• Ability to assess customer requirements and propose tailored cutting tool solutions
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Experience in the cutting tools or machining industry is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and with clients
• Proficiency in using CRM software or technical tools related to sales and customer management
