Role Overview

As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer, you’ll design and deploy advanced robotic vision systems, integrating cameras, GPUs, and AI models into real-world robotic platforms.

You’ll work hands-on across hardware and software layers — from vision system design and ROS-based control, to AI model deployment and full robotic system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Select and integrate vision hardware (cameras, GPUs, encoders, lighting).
Develop and deploy Vision AI pipelines for robotic perception.
Build and optimize ROS/ROS2 nodes for motion, trajectory planning, and data collection.
Collaborate closely with AI and hardware teams for end-to-end system deployment.
Calibrate and tune sensors; oversee field testing and deployment.
Work with IMUs, LiDARs, servo motors, and drive controllers.
Utilize Docker and cloud services for scalable deployment and monitoring.
Implement and maintain communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP, etc.).

Requirements

1–3 years of full time experience in robotics software development.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Proficiency in ROS/ROS2 frameworks.
Solid understanding of GPU computing and deployment frameworks.
Hands-on experience with LiDAR, cameras, and other robotic sensors.
Knowledge of motion control, real-time perception, and hardware integration.
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP).
