About the Role

The Senior Risk Analyst – RiskTechnology is responsible for working on Projects within Retail Risk domain. He/she will be responsible for seamlessly managing projects for Retail Risk from Requirements to Implementation and Support. It includes collaborating with different stakeholders for an effective delivery of Projects milestones. The role will closely collaborate with the Business/Product teams and teams of Credit, Risk, IT and project management. This role is based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Working on projects within the Retail Risk domain viz. Understanding Requirements, Coordinating CR development, delivery and Integration related to Bureau/Multibureau platform and handling production related queries.
Timely implementation of the Credit and policy related requitements in IT systems to make sure we rollout new products, policies and system changes as per the schedule.
Must be able to understand and convert the requirements of credit and policy team into a business requirement document (BRD).
Discussion with the Delivery (Projects/Technology) teams and freezing the requirements.
Conduct (UAT) testing and ensuring timely implementation of projects.
Credit Policy Related system implementation and support queries.
You will work closely in a highly AGILE environment for delivery with cross functional team in the bank.
The success of this role is to ensure on time delivery of BAU and New Projects. Changes and Projects implementation on time
Performing RCA on critical production issues and quick fixes.

Secondary Responsibilities

Stake holder management
Must be able to design, optimize and integrate Business Processes across disparate systems.
Creation of test scenarios and test cases
Maintain and support the BAU for origination systems.
Project and Stakeholder communication

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation from recognised institution. Preference will be given to the engineering graduates.
Post-graduation: MBA from a Recognized Institute

Experience

6+ years of Experience in Lending Domain
Good understanding of Retail Lending Systems (LOS/LMS) and related technologies
Knowledge of SDLC cycle and management of E2E implementation.
Knowledge of Creation of test scenarios and test cases
knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC in lending domain) preferrable
Understanding of system integrations, APIs and data exchange formats like XML, JSON etc.
Should have Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Should have skills on preparing Requirement /functional specification document
Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, SDLC will be plus/desirableWell versed with Documentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint.

Skills and Attributes

Candidate should have 6+ years of experience of banking system specifically Retail assets applications. Candidates worked with Bank’s Policy/Risk Team will be Plus/desirable.
Good understanding of retail Lending Domain, Systems and related technologies
Capable of managing projects/tasks assigned and engage with stakeholders (business teams, IT teams and vendor teams) on the closure of the enhancements/issues and ensure that changes go live within timelines.
Excellent hands on experience with SQL/APIs/XMLs/JSON structures
Resolve production queries, Plan and execute functional testing to ensure zero defect rollouts and develop use cases
Integration, maintenance, Bug fixes if any within the deadlines & Respond to audit query
