Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Periodical updates to fund performance presentation materials, reports, quarterly letters etc. prepared for LP / investor reporting purposes, on monthly and quarterly basis Generating backend excel support document from internal portfolio management systems for the purpose of updating the materials Aggregate and analyze relevant data, encompassing historical performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative metrics about various portfolios Analyze performance attribution data across funds, on the backdrop of financial markets environment and understanding its impact on returns Maintaining and updating content libraries for RFPs on an ongoing basis Providing accurate and timely responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs); improving efficiency for standard responses and providing relevant responses for new requests/queries Supporting with investor portal updates including contact info, org details etc. Providing support on audit requests such as coordinating across teams, aggregating relevant documentation and ensuring the process is smooth Ensuring best standards with respect to formatting, with an objective to present material in a clear and digestible format Addressing any legal or compliance-related comments that arise during the review process. Preparing visually appealing and professional presentations, with investors? readability and accessibility in mind Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, prospects, and consultants Any other ad hoc tasks Reviewing tasks performed by juniors, planning workflow deliverables, and handling client communication Overall project management, including service delivery, stakeholder management and quality control Requirements : Master?s degree in finance / CFA / CA, with 3-6 years of experience in private markets Experience with investor relations and reporting platforms / tools is a plus Excellent MS Excel skills (including advanced excel) and MS Power point skills Prior experience in managing teams and client, handling service delivery and other stakeholder management activities Proactive in planning and working closely with client in assessing requirements and aligning the team towards customer focus Effective communication skills with ability to connect with clients, over phone and email, and understand the requirements and focus on delivery Strong analytical rigour and ability to relate to financial markets Display strong attention to detail to deliver high level of accuracy and quality Flexibility to stretch and work towards closure of quarterly deliverables Self-starter and is persistent in executing the workflows to ensure closure until the end Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
