Job Description

Skillset required: English proficiency (written, verbal); Sustainability research; Qualitative/materiality assessment; ESG regulations and frameworks; Industry/company research; Credit research; Data analytics tools; Quick learner; Self-starter; Problem solving
Role:

Interact with Senior Client Stakeholders and provide highly integrated research support. This will include pre-investment ESG due diligence and adhoc ESG research, including sustainability reports, sector/regulation writeups, preparing slides, maintaining backups, etc.
Assist in project planning and completion and coordinate internally to deliver the final output
Update and maintain client’s proprietary / ESG database
Showcase positive attitude and ability to work with tight deadlines with minimum guidance
Possess working knowledge of data and analytics tools to enable automation and process efficiencies
Prior knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and Credit research is a plus
Guide and mentor junior team member(s)

Education Qualifications: Postgraduate (preferably MBA – Finance or Sustainability), CA or CFA (US). Prior experience in ESG/Sustainability and/or Credit research is preferable
