We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced – Senior Research Analyst to join our team.


About The Role


We are seeking an experienced research professional to lead wealth research and portfolio strategy for HNI and ultra-HNI families. This role involves designing multi-asset portfolios, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting strategic wealth planning across asset classes including equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and global markets.

You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to develop sophisticated investment strategies grounded in research and analytics.


Key Responsibilities


Portfolio Strategy & Wealth Planning

  • Design and manage multi-asset portfolios for HNI/UHNI clients
  • Align investment strategies with client goals, risk appetite, and market conditions
  • Recommend suitable investment products across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and global markets

Research & Market Insights

  • Track macroeconomic and market trends through dashboards and regular analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research to generate actionable investment insights
  • Prepare research reports, notes, and presentations for internal and client use

Client & Business Support

  • Support client meetings with data-backed investment strategies and presentations
  • Work closely with leadership on portfolio reviews and strategic planning
  • Contribute to investor communication, blogs, and thought pieces

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze financial data and translate it into clear, practical insights
  • Build structured reports and dashboards for client portfolios and internal tracking
  • Maintain and manage back-office data related to portfolio performance


Qualifications & Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a wealth management firm, PMS, family office, brokerage, or investment advisory

• Seasoned CFP/CFA Level III

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products

• Expertise in personal finance and wealth planning

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential)

• NISM certifications (XA, XB, XXI-A) are advantageous

• Graphic/reporting tool proficiency is a plus

• Excellent communication and writing skills
