We co-create cloud-native solutions, leverage advanced data analytics, and build next-generation platforms to drive digital transformation. As a Premier Partner for Google Cloud and a strategic partner for AWS/Azure, we live and breathe the cloud.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Security & Reliability Engineer (3-8 years of experience) who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure scalability and robust security architecture. In this role, you won't just keep the lights on—you will design, automate, and secure massive cloud ecosystems for our global clients, ensuring they are resilient against threats and optimized for peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
- DevOps & Automation: Drive a "Security and Compliance as Code" mindset. Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure deployment and code shipping.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cloud security best practices, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security (VPCs, Firewalls), data encryption (at rest and in transit), and vulnerability management.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Own the reliability, performance, and uptime of production environments. Define and monitor SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs.
- Incident Management: Participate in and lead blameless post-mortems. Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to catch anomalies before they impact business.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as a technical anchor for junior engineers, conducting code/architecture reviews and advocating for modern DevOps/SecOps practices across teams.
Primary Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of core experience in Cloud Security, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with either GCP or Azure (multi-cloud experience is a massive plus).
- CI/CD & DevOps: Proficiency with modern CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Containerization: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE, AKS) orchestration and security.
- Security Tooling: Experience with cloud-native security tools (e.g., GCP Security Command Center, Azure Defender/Microsoft Defender for Cloud, SIEM tools, or vulnerability scanners like Trivy/Aqua Security).
- Scripting/Coding: Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go) for automation.
- Core Networking: Solid understanding of cloud networking topologies, VPNs, DNS, Load Balancers, and WAFs.
Good-to-Have
- Relevant certifications: GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
Job Details & Benefits
- Location: Open to all Searce locations (Pune ( Preferred), Mumbai, Hyderabad & Coimbatore)
- Work Mode: WFO
- What’s in it for you? * A flat, tech-first organizational culture with zero bureaucracy.
- Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tech stacks and massive global projects.
- Continuous learning opportunities with sponsored certifications.
