Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Relationship Officer for BOI Vehicle Loan, based in Kerala, India, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves managing and building strong business relationships with clients, identifying prospective customers, facilitating vehicle loan processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Officer will also collaborate with sales and operational teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to nurture and maintain professional networks
• Knowledge of Finance and expertise in vehicle loan products and financial services
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively
• Proven Sales experience, with the capability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in vehicle loan processing or financial services would be an advantage
