Relationship Manager (Senior Vice President) | Global Client Growth | Delhi/Mumbai/Pune


We are partnering with a leading global consulting organization to hire a Senior Vice President – Relationship Manager for its Client Growth Team.


This is a strategic client-facing leadership role focused on managing key global accounts, driving account expansion, strengthening long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth across the Financial Services ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic global client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop account growth strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Partner with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and business leaders.
  • Drive commercial growth through account expansion, increased client engagements, and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead strategic discussions, resolve client issues, and contribute to overall account planning.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members while supporting broader commercial initiatives.


Ideal Background

  • 10–15 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or Client Growth.
  • Experience managing global enterprise accounts within Financial Services, Consulting, Research, Analytics, Knowledge Services, SaaS, or Information Services environments.
  • Strong track record of growing existing accounts, managing renewals, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading complex client conversations.
  • Exposure to Private Equity, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Institutions will be preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.


Preferred Experience From

  • Consulting, financial information services, research and analytics, knowledge services, enterprise SaaS, or global professional services organizations.
