JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter who specializes in hiring for non-technical roles across the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in recruiting for positions such as Sales Engineer, Account Executive, and Customer Success Manager, with a deep understanding of the US hiring landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-technical roles, especially in Sales & Customer Success domains

Source and hire candidates for roles like:

• Sales Engineer
• Account Executive
• Customer Success Manager

Use platforms like LinkedIn, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies (beyond just job boards)

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on business and cultural fit

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates

CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

8–16 years of experience in US recruitment (non-technical roles)

Proven experience hiring for Sales, GTM, or Customer Success roles in the US market

Strong understanding of US hiring practices, compensation, and candidate expectations

Excellent communication skills (10/10 communication required)

Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes (business acumen, personality fit)

Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and stakeholder management
