Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a high-ownership and execution-driven Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring across the organization.
  • This role will be responsible for closing positions across Sales, Design, and Operations, ensuring the business has the right talent to support growth, store launches, and project execution.
  • The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the interior design / home interiors / fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of how hiring works across sales, design, and execution teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership - Drive complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closureManage multiple open positions across functions with speed and quality Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines


  • Business & Stakeholder Alignment - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and urgency. Align hiring priorities with business goals and expansion plans. Act as a bridge between business and candidates to ensure clarity and speed


  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building - Build strong pipelines from the interior design ecosystem Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market mapping Continuously build talent pools for current and future hiring needs


Industry-Specific Hiring - Drive hiring for roles including:

  • Sales Designers
  • Interior Designers
  • Project Managers
  • Site / Execution teams


  • Candidate Assessment & Experience - Screen and evaluate candidates for role fit and cultural alignment. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Maintain strong follow-ups and engagement throughout the hiring process


  • Offer Management & Closures - Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures Ensure high offer-to-join ratio. Handle candidate objections and ensure smooth onboarding handover.


  • Hiring Metrics & Reporting - Track and manage hiring metrics such as:
  • Time to close (TAT)
  • Number of closures vs targets
  • Pipeline health and conversion ratios
  • Ensure data-driven decision making in hiring


Key Requirements

  1. 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  2. Mandatory experience in: Interior Design / Home Interiors / Fit-out industry
  3. Strong understanding of: Sales, Design, and Execution roles
  4. Hiring dynamics in fast-paced environments
  5. Proven track record of: Closing positions within timelines, Managing multiple roles simultaneously
  6. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  7. High ownership and execution-driven mindset


Preferred Profile

  1. Candidates from interior design / home interior brands
  2. Experience in hiring for multiple cities / high-growth environments
  3. Strong sourcing capability and market intelligence
