Experience: 3- 8 Years Location: Noida Our Client, A real estate companyheadquartered in Dubai is looking for an "Human Resources Manager" to join their Noida team. Responsibilities and Duties: ? Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ? Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and referrals. ? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. ? Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including passive candidates. ? Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. ? Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to close successful hires. ? Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies. ? Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues ? Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) Required Experience and Qualifications: ? Master?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ? Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ? Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements effectively. ? Must be approachable and helpful. ? Strong critical thinking skills. ? Good ethical judgment.
