The Leadership Consulting & Executive Search division of Proxima enables the client to holistically evaluate the leadership and key managerial talent needs of the business. The appropriate interventions are advised by keeping its consumers as well as long term business goals at the center. The consultative approach of the Executive Search team effectuates in identifying and hiring the - right talent at the right place and at the right time.
We focus on manufacturing sector which include - Automotive, Electronics, Semiconductor, Aerospace and defence, Chemicals, FMCG, Apparel and Textiles, Consumer Goods, Machine Tools and Automaton, Biotechnology and Pharma, Construction, Energy, Infrastructure, Mineral and Metals, Building Material, Apparel, Textiles, Fashion, Retail.
Key role and responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Selecting desired profiles from job portals, Social networking sites, and through Headhunting
- Assessment: Personally assessing the identified talent and presenting the most suitable candidate to the client. with comprehensive skill and competence assessment notes within the set delivery timelines
- Financial Target: Achieving the set financial target for the quarter as well as annual.
- Management of Candidates: Efficiently coordinating with candidates as well as client and complete key processes such as - interview, Offer, and joining
- Pre-Sales Support: Closely working with the Sales team and support them in client acquisition
- Client relationship: Manage the relationship with the assigned clients and develop new business from them
- Client meeting: Periodically travel to meet the clients. This includes clients based in different cities in India.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Engineer / MBA (HR) having at least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing sector recruitment.
- Experience of leading and managing highly competent Associates and consistently achieving the set financial and non-financial target.
- Expertise in Executive Search Process
- In-depth knowledge in 2-3 manufacturing sectors (Discrete / Process)
- Good Key Account Management skills
