About the role

The Talent Operations Specialist is responsible for the operational backbone of the recruitment lifecycle — ensuring ATS hygiene, process compliance, reporting accuracy, and smooth coordination across recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors. This role enables the TA team to focus on high-value candidate engagement by owning the systems, data, and process rigor that keep hiring running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration of the ATS , including access management, workflow configuration, and data integrity checks
  • Track and report recruitment metrics — pipeline health, aging, offer conversion, time-to-fill — for weekly/monthly reviews and QBRs
  • Manage vendor coordination and renewals (job boards, assessment platforms, sourcing partners)
  • Support budget/position approval workflows (e.g., Blueprint Position Approval Process) and ensure compliance with governance checkpoints
  • Maintain recruiter documentation: handbooks, SOPs, interview guides, and onboarding materials for new recruiters
  • Partner with HRIS/People Analytics teams on integrations (e.g., Visier) to ensure clean data flow between systems
  • Coordinate interview logistics and panel scheduling, ensuring adherence to candidate experience standards
  • Flag process bottlenecks and recommend automation or efficiency improvements
  • Support employer branding initiatives with content coordination and campaign tracking
  • Support strategic TA initiatives such as standardizing the interview process (structured evaluation, rubric-based scoring, panel calibration) and contribute to organization-wide programs like the Raising the Talent Bar framework
  • Help coordinate interviewer training, panel nominations, and calibration sessions as part of hiring capability-building efforts .


Nice to Have .

  • Experience supporting global or multi-BU hiring structures
  • Exposure to interview capability-building or hiring framework rollouts
  • Interest in or prior exposure to structured interviewing methodologies and interviewer calibration programs
