Senior Reconciliation Developer / Reconciliation Developer_ Exp: 2 to 12 Years_ Work Location: (Chennai/Pune)

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as FIS IntelliMatch, DUCO, SmartStream TLM, Recon Frontier, AutoRek, or Gresham CTC.
• Strong understanding of Reconciliation Domain Concepts, including various vanilla reconciliations, Break Management, and Exception Management.
• Experience in Reconciliation Development, preferably with IMatch.
• Strong SQL development skills with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including:
• Complex Queries and Joins
• DDL/DML
• Stored Procedures
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as AutoSys or Control-M.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, code packaging, and release management.
• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
• Work independently across the complete delivery lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with business, operations, testing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and system stability.
