Job Description – QA Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to drive quality engineering initiatives across our products and platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in automation testing, AI-assisted QA practices, performance testing, security testing, and end-to-end quality assurance processes.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable QA frameworks, mentor teams, improve release quality, and integrate intelligent testing methodologies using modern AI-powered tools and automation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across multiple applications and platforms.
• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards aligned with business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end testing processes including functional, regression, smoke, integration, API, system, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Manage sprint-level QA planning, defect triage, release readiness, and risk assessment activities.

Automation & Testing Excellence

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
• Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Python, REST APIs, and modern testing tools.
• Drive Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and System-Level Testing strategies.
• Build automated API testing frameworks using Postman and REST-based validation tools.
• Ensure continuous quality validation within CI/CD pipelines.

AI-Driven QA & Intelligent Testing

• Leverage AI-powered engineering and QA tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Gemini, Nova, Codex, and Agentic QA platforms for intelligent triage, automated test generation, defect analysis, and productivity enhancement.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing methodologies and intelligent debugging practices.
• Improve QA efficiency through AI-recommended automation and test optimization strategies.

Performance & Security Testing

• Perform and oversee performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Drive DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) practices and identify application-level vulnerabilities.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and stability through robust testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to address quality and security gaps proactively.

DevOps & Quality Integration

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Git-based workflows and release management processes.
• Ensure quality gates and automated validation checks are enforced across deployments.
