Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and inspection procedures.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train QA team members and engineers.
• Compliance & Auditing: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Metrics & Analysis: Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product development, engineering, and support teams to address issues

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in QA, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• DGQA or similar agencies inspection experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar is preferred.
