Senior QA Automation Engineer

This role is part of Jetbro’s engagement with Safal, where we are building and evolving an enterprise SaaS platform used to manage procurement workflows, approvals, and business operations.

Quality assurance at Safal is not about simply running test cases. It is about deeply understanding business workflows, ensuring system reliability, and building automated testing systems that help the product evolve safely and confidently.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience who can combine structured manual testing with strong automation capabilities.

The Safal platform includes multi-role procurement workflows, approval chains, and enterprise-level system logic. The QA engineer must be able to understand these workflows deeply and validate that the system behaves correctly across multiple roles, conditions, and edge cases.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working with developers, writing structured documentation, and gradually automating QA processes.

We are particularly looking for candidates who actively use modern automation tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve QA productivity, automate documentation, generate test cases, and build strong test coverage systems.

• Write structured test cases for product features and workflows
  
• Build and maintain automation test suites using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
  
• Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and unexpected behavior
  
• Conduct regression testing across product releases
  
• Test APIs and backend services using tools such as Postman
  
• Validate multi-role workflows, permissions, and approval logic
  
• Ensure data integrity across workflows and system actions
  
• Collaborate with developers during issue identification and resolution
  
• Contribute to maintaining test automation pipelines alongside engineering teams
  
• Generate structured test documentation including test cases, test plans, and coverage reports
  
• Use automation and AI tools to accelerate QA workflows and documentation
  
• Ensure releases meet quality standards before deployment
  
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance
  
• Strong experience in test automation using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools
  
• Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman
  
• Experience writing structured test cases and test documentation
  
• Strong understanding of regression testing and exploratory testing
  
• Ability to understand complex business workflows and validate system behavior
  
• Experience validating role-based systems and workflow logic
  
• Ability to generate structured test coverage reports
  
• Experience working closely with engineering teams during development cycles
  
• Familiarity with modern AI tools for improving QA productivity and documentation
  

• Experience with Python-based automation frameworks
  
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments
  
• Experience validating database consistency and backend workflows
  
• Familiarity with procurement or workflow-driven enterprise applications
