Key Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks for protocol test cases using Python and C#
• Implement backend systems using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and object-oriented design principles
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers and internal teams
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and tools
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international locations
• Design user-centric interfaces based on business and user requirements
• Mentor and guide developers on coding standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field from a reputed university
• 5–8+ years of software development experience in object-oriented programming languages (preferably Python and C#)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent ownership mindset and communication abilities
• Ability to translate user requirements into scalable backend designs
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices
• Development experience on both Windows and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of Telecom domain (LTE/5G)
• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications (TS 36/38.331)
• Understanding of ASN.1 and LTE NR NAS Specification 24.007
