Role Description This is a full-time Senior Public Relations Account Executive role based in Mumbai. The person in this role will manage PR accounts end-to-end, including developing strategic communication plans, drafting press releases and media materials, and securing coverage across print, digital, and broadcast outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining media relationships, coordinating interviews and events, monitoring press mentions, and overseeing the preparation of client reports and performance summaries. The Senior Account Executive will guide junior team members, collaborate with social media and marketing colleagues on integrated campaigns, and contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and reputation building for luxury, hospitality, and lifestyle clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong public relations, media relations, and communications skills, with experience managing client accounts in relevant sectors such as luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle.
  • Specific experience in fashion, with strong connects to fashion media, is a plus and will be considered when hiring
  • Proficiency in writing and editing press releases, pitches, fact sheets, and other PR content tailored to diverse audiences and channels.
  • Ability to plan and execute PR campaigns, including event coordination, influencer collaborations, and integrated efforts with social media and marketing teams.
  • Competence in monitoring media coverage, using PR and social listening tools, and compiling clear reports and insights for clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, client servicing, and the capacity to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
