About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage construction and VDC projects with a strong focus on international (US) project exposure. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders and lead high-impact projects from planning through execution.

The position is ideal for professionals looking to step into a strategic leadership role while managing complex, fast-paced construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage project engineering activities such as change orders, submittals, and coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, clients, and project teams
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project teams across multiple levels
• Conduct project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
• Maintain documentation, project records, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams
• Support estimation, resource planning, and project strategy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects
• Strong experience with change orders, submittals, and project coordination
• 4–5 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Exposure to US construction projects or international clients
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with reputed construction or engineering firms
• Project management certifications or industry affiliations
• Experience in VDC or BIM-driven project environments
• Strong client-facing and international coordination experience
