Role Description

- Experience in Customer Retention strategies, ensuring client loyalty and sustained engagement
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and implement improvements
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer success, client management, or similar roles
