Role Description

The Senior Project Manager, Capital Improvement Program is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX. This role involves overseeing complex capital improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Senior Project Manager will also lead efforts in procurement, expediting, and logistics management, and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Experience in Inspection and quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience in capital improvement programs and/or healthcare infrastructure projects is highly favorable.
