Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 7 -12 years

Must Have's
5+ years of Construction Project Management experience
Proven Experience In Handling End-to-end Projects (planning To Execution)
Strong exposure to project management tasks: Change orders, Submittals & Project coordination.
Role Overview
Team handling experience
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and technical management of GDC projects. The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary bridge between the executive leadership, the client, and the field operations. Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks.
Directly supervise and train all team members assigned to project engineering vertically across different tiers.
Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity.
Train and develop direct reports utilizing the job and internal and external training or development opportunities.
Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit weekly job status reports.
Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards & protocols across the company and individual projects.
Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project. Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence.
Be the primary point of contact for initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours & resources required for successful projects’ execution.
Lead product development efforts for GDC team and supervise team members involved in the phased developments of these products.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at both GDC & US entities.
Lead coordination & communication with the GDC project managers during the daily project update meetings or as when required.
Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by GDC & all parties involved and use it for effective project delivery.
Basic Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field or relevant experience. Graduate degree in engineering or business a plus
7-9+ years construction experience required; working for reputed construction/engineering firms preferred.
Project Management accreditations/industry affiliations preferred.
Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.
Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Alignment to GDC Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, build relationships, builds people/teams & followership, sets direction and executes.
