Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Flexo Printing Machine Operator. The role involves operating, setting up, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include handling and troubleshooting machinery, monitoring print quality, conducting routine quality checks, and collaborating with the team to ensure production efficiency. Adherence to safety standards and maintenance of a clean work environment will be critical aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling of Flexographic Printing Machines
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure printed output meets required standards
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Machinery and Hand Tools
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for machinery
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Previous experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus
• A diploma or certification in printing or mechanical engineering is advantageous
