Senior Project Engineer

Heliflex Engineering & Services is looking for an experienced Senior Projects Engineer – Operations to lead and coordinate manufacturing projects from order receipt through final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, production planning, customer coordination, and process improvement within Oil & Gas industrial hose assembly, hydraulic systems, or precision engineering industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading EPC companies, refineries, and industrial customers while driving operational excellence and ensuring timely project execution.

• Manage end-to-end execution of manufacturing and customer projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Stores, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time project completion.
• Develop project schedules, monitor milestones, and track progress against delivery commitments.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements before project execution.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, bought-out components, and subcontracted services.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve bottlenecks to achieve project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including production plans, inspection schedules, quality records, and dispatch documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, project review meetings, inspections, and technical discussions.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce lead times, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and manufacturing process improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7–12 years of experience in project execution, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, hydraulic hose assemblies, fluid transfer systems, precision machining, or Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience working with EPC companies and refinery customers is an advantage.
