Applications are invited for the position of Senior Project Associate in an Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Sponsored Research Project focused on CO2 utilization technologies.

📍 Position: Senior Project Associate

📍 Duration: 1 year (extendable for 1 more year based on performance and project requirements)

📍 Location: Department of Chemical Engineering, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, Gautam Buddha Nagar-201314, Uttar Pradesh, India

📍 Principal Investigator: Dr. Yamini Sudha Sistla

💰 Fellowship/Stipend: Rs. 57,000 + 10% HRA per month.

Eligibility:

✅ PhD in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Physics

Desired Skills:

• Proven research experience in computational catalysis and catalyst development

• Hands-on experience with DFT-based simulation tools such as VASP, Quantum ESPRESSO, CASTEP, GPAW, or similar packages

• Catalyst design and reaction mechanism analysis

• Scientific writing, publication, and project management skills
