Position Overview: Skilled Project Manager with a dual background in IT operations and real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects that span both domains, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects involving IT and real estate initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, real estate developers, vendors, and clients.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in both IT and real estate project phases and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project reviews to anticipate and address issues proactively.

1. Technology Integration:

• Oversee the integration of IT solutions within real estate projects to enhance efficiency and user experience.

1. Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently across IT and real estate functions.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures as needed.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations in both IT and real estate
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Real Estate, Project Management,
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and real estate project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects involving technology and real estate components.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project ).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Operation.
• Familiarity with real estate development processes and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory .
• Experience in compliance with ISO 27001
