Senior Product Manager

OneFlo is a fast growing AI health-tech company, building connected infrastructure to streamline care transitions across post-acute, home health, and payer networks. We’re looking for a senior product leader (20–30 hours/week to start) to help shape and scale a platform that unifies workflows, communication, and data across the continuum of care. The ideal candidate brings strong product systems thinking, healthcare domain awareness, and a passion for improving coordination, compliance, and user experience across care settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and priorities
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes
• Ensure user needs, compliance, and technical quality are aligned
• Analyze performance data and stakeholder feedback to guide iteration
• Lead cross-functional communication and decision-making processes
• Build documentation and scalable product management structures

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product leadership
• Experience in healthcare technology or workflow automation
• Conversational AI experience or familiarity is a plus
• Strong communicator and systems thinker with a bias toward execution
• Comfortable navigating complexity in regulated or multi-stakeholder environments
• Structure: Fractional / part-time to start, with potential to expand to full-time as we scale.
