What You Will Do

As a Product Analyst at Even, you will be a key player in driving data-informed decisions across our product teams. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to analyze, interpret, and visualize data that will shape the direction of our products. Your insights will help us optimize user experiences, improve our product offerings, and make impactful decisions to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze product data to identify key trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Present data through dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly communicate your findings.
• Support Product Decisions: Work closely with the product team to provide actionable data insights that guide product strategies, prioritization, and feature development.
• User Behavior Analysis: Monitor user behavior across web and mobile platforms. Identify pain points, opportunities, and trends that can inform decisions to improve user experiences and product performance.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments. Provide recommendations based on the results to optimize features and enhance product outcomes.
• Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations that make complex data easy to understand, helping stakeholders make informed decisions quickly.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure that product decisions are driven by data and aligned with business goals.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of SQL are welcome to apply.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting data to derive insights. Ability to write complex queries to analyze product and user data.
• Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into clear, actionable insights that can inform product decisions.
• Data Visualization: Strong ability to visualize data effectively using tools such as metabase or Lookr. Ability to present data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and strategically.
• Collaboration: A team player who can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to support product development and strategic decisions.
  
  

Good To Have

• Experience working with healthcare or Healthtech data.
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., metabase, Looker).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis or machine learning techniques.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or visualization is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with libraries like Pandas would be an advantage.
