UI/UX Designer (Web & Product Experience)

Ranapay India Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive web and product interfaces. The candidate will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences across web applications and digital products. This role requires strong design thinking, user research capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers and product teams.

• Design modern, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for web platforms and digital products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve product experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Ensure consistent design systems, UI patterns, and brand guidelines across all digital products.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Continuously improve product experience based on user feedback and analytics.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web or digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodology and usability best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts.
• Experience designing web dashboards, SaaS products, or mobile-responsive interfaces is preferred.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
