Job Description
Senior Product Manager
Onsite 5 days/week in Atlanta, GA 6+ month contract
Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Front‑of‑House (FOH) technology initiatives across a complex, multi‑brand enterprise environment. This role requires a principled product thinker who can bring clarity to ambiguity, frame problems from first principles, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will own strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment for FOH systems—including POS, team‑member workflows, integrations, and operational tooling. The ideal candidate is a strong decision‑maker, comfortable influencing without authority, and skilled at navigating sophisticated organizational dynamics while maintaining a high bar for product quality.
Responsibilities
- Own problem definition for complex FOH initiatives across POS, workflows, integrations, and operational tools
- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear product intent, success metrics, and decision criteria
- Build outcome‑based roadmaps balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term strategy
- Clearly articulate why problems matter and what tradeoffs were considered
- Lead cross‑functional work across Engineering, UX, Operations, Data, and external vendors
- Break large initiatives into sequenced, testable increments
- Make explicit tradeoffs between speed, quality, scope, and technical constraints
- Maintain high quality standards despite legacy systems and integration challenges
- Deliver results in environments that are not clean, modern, or greenfield
- Operate effectively within a matrixed organization with competing priorities
- Align stakeholders around shared outcomes rather than feature requests
- Navigate tension without unnecessary escalation
- Communicate clearly with senior leaders using crisp narratives and recommendations
- Use data to understand causality, not just report metrics
- Determine when data is sufficient and when judgment is required
- Define success measures tied to operational and guest impact
- Use data to make decisions, not delay them
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong ability to frame problems, define outcomes, and make principled product decisions
- Demonstrated success influencing without authority and leading cross‑functional teams
- Experience making and defending tradeoffs across speed, scope, quality, and technical constraints
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to unclear problem spaces
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear narratives for senior leadership
- Experience with FOH systems, POS, or operational tooling is a plus (not required)
- Systems thinking and operational empathy, especially in environments with legacy technology
- Comfortable engaging directly with executives and driving alignment
- Baseline competence in agile delivery, backlog management, and writing clear product requirements
- Not a project manager or feature‑factory PM — must be an outcome‑driven product leader
