Role Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Placement & Corporate Relations Manager to lead our placement and industry-connect initiatives in a remote capacity . The role involves building partnerships with IT companies, coordinating placement activities, guiding students with interview preparation, and ensuring maximum hiring opportunities for our graduates. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and MNCs. Organize and manage virtual placement drives, interviews, and hiring events . Guide students in resume preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and job applications . Conduct online mock interviews, aptitude training, and soft skills sessions . Mentor and motivate students to align with industry expectations. Track placement progress and prepare regular digital reports for management. Represent the institute in online corporate events and networking sessions. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, HR, or recruitment (preferably IT sector). Strong network of HR and recruiter contacts in IT/software industry. Excellent communication, counseling, and negotiation skills. Ability to guide and mentor students virtually . Tech-savvy, with experience in managing remote placement activities.
