Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketer to lead and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, paid media campaigns, SEO, social media optimization, and website technical analysis.
This role requires hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms such as DV360, along with a deep understanding of marketing funnels, tracking systems, and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and programmatic platforms such as DV360 (Optional).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Conduct website audits to identify performance, indexing, and ranking issues.
- Collaborate with content teams to improve organic search visibility.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.
- Analyze social performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
Website Performance & Technical Marketing
- Analyze website performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Work closely with developers to improve site speed, technical SEO, tracking setup, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and pixels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Create dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads
- Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution models.
- Experience with landing page optimization and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering for marketing automation.
- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce performance marketing, or international campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
