This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure the seamless execution of strategic plans. Responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with clients and partners to align goals and outcomes. The position requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and demonstrated leadership skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in the use of operational management tools and software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in the lighting or electrical supply industry is a plus.
