Senior Operations Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure the efficiency of processes, and support strategic projects. Responsibilities include managing team performance, resource allocation, process improvement initiatives, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves maintaining compliance with policies, overseeing project deliverables, and guiding cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising cross-functional teams
• Proven ability in strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency
• Familiarity with project management practices, including resource planning and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges and streamline workflows
• Experience in health IT, public health informatics, or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong self-management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and open-source technologies is a plus
