Role Overview

We are looking for a Head – Supply Chain & Operations to lead and execute end-to-end supply chain and operational functions for Sotrue. This role will own inventory planning, PO management, vendor partnerships, and demand forecasting across D2C and marketplace channels. The role will work closely with the COO to ensure seamless availability, operational efficiency, and scalability while preventing stock-outs and fulfilment gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Own inventory planning & demand forecasting across D2C and marketplace channels.
• Lead PO planning, execution, and closure, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Manage vendors and manufacturers, ensuring lead-time adherence, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse, dispatch, and logistics operations for smooth fulfilment.
• Ensure campaign and product launch readiness with zero stock disruption.
• Establish SOPs, controls, and operational frameworks to support scale.
• Track and report key KPIs including stock availability, inventory turns, lead times, and fill rates.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the operations and supply chain team.

What we're looking for

• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain / operations in FMCG, beauty, retail, or D2C.
• Strong hands-on experience in inventory management, PO execution, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel fulfilment (D2C + marketplaces).
• Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
