Your Role: Senior Operations Executive

&Done is looking for a Senior Operations Executive with hands-on experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce operations. The candidate will manage daily order processing, logistics, inventory, and system coordination using EasyEcom, ClickPost, and Shopify, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

• B2C Operations
• Manage end-to-end B2C order flow from Shopify to dispatch and delivery.
• Process, track, and close orders using EasyEcom.
• Coordinate courier allocation, pickups, and delivery tracking via ClickPost.
• Monitor delivery TAT, RTO, returns, and cancellations.
• Ensure timely closure of manifests and order statuses.
• B2B Operations
• Handle B2B order processing for distributors, modern trade, and institutional clients.
• Coordinate bulk dispatches, invoicing, e-way bills, and POD management.
• Track GRN, shortages, damages, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate system updates in EasyEcom.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor inward, outward, blocked, and damaged inventory in EasyEcom.
• Ensure stock sync between Shopify and EasyEcom.
• Support stock reconciliation and periodic audits.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily and monthly operational MIS (dispatch, delivery, RTO, returns).
• Track courier performance and raise escalations with partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams.
• Ensure SOP adherence and continuous process improvement.
  

What We’re Looking For

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C operations.
• Hands-on experience with EasyEcom, ClickPost, and Shopify (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of logistics, courier management, and inventory control.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetic / hair care or FMCG e-commerce brands.
• Exposure to D2C, marketplace, and B2B operations.
