Role Description

The Senior Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat. This professional will oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth production workflows, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing resource allocation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, analyzing operational processes, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Coordination with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of production plans will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in implementing efficient processes and resource optimization.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced, results-driven environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the food, flavor, or ingredients industry is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
