Job Description

Responsibilities

You will:

Take full ownership of your shift, managing safety, productivity, quality, equipment, systems, and manpower allocation.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved in alignment with the manufacturing plan.
Report shift performance and updates to the Auditor/Area Specialist.
Uphold high standards of housekeeping and shop floor discipline.
Participate in scrap review meetings with Specialists, Auditors, and team members.
Conduct Layered Process Audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.
Ensure all daily activities are environmentally responsible and compliant.
Control environmental spillage, minimize waste, and promote recycling and reuse practices.
Prevent leakages, solid waste generation, noise, odor, fumes, and excessive water consumption to protect resources and reduce pollution.
Follow Operational Control Procedures (OCPs) and spillage control protocols on the shop floor.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all work areas.

Qualifications

You bring:

A diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in shift supervision or shop floor operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production systems, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Familiarity with environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
Knowledge of audit procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
