Senior Network Engineer (only IIT passout candidates)

What you'll need:

• Location: Must be based in Delhi (or willing to relocate immediately) and able to work on-site in a Hybrid Model - 2 days work from office
• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Network Security Engineer, Information Security Analyst, or similar role managing complex IT infrastructure.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Next-Gen Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching) and VPN architectures (IPsec, SSL).
• Experience with SIEM tools, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and network monitoring solutions.

What you'll do

• :Architecture & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain highly secure network architectures. Manage and configure firewalls, VPNs, and Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
• .Threat Monitoring & Incident Response: Continuously monitor networks for vulnerabilities, active threats, and potential breaches. Lead incident response efforts, conducting thorough root cause analysis and rapid remediation
• .Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Ensure KnowDis remains compliant with industry standards, data protection laws, and security best practices
• .Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal IT, engineering, and data science teams to harden systems, enforce strict access controls (Zero Trust), and continuously elevate the company's overall security posture
• .Security Leadership: Act as the primary custodian of IT security. Educate staff on security best practices, mitigate insider threats, and foster a security-first culture across the organization
