Senior Network Engineer – ISO Audit & Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in enterprise networking, infrastructure security, and ISO compliance. The ideal candidate will lead network operations, ensure high availability and security of IT infrastructure, and play a key role in preparing, implementing, and maintaining ISO audit compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, etc.).

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center networks.
• Configure and manage Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Juniper, or similar networking and security solutions.
• Lead network architecture planning, optimization, and capacity management.
• Ensure network availability, performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPNs, and network security controls.
• Lead ISO 27001 audit preparation, implementation, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Develop and maintain network policies, SOPs, risk assessments, asset inventories, and audit evidence.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation planning.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during certification and surveillance audits.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure management.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.
• Strong experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Juniper, VMware NSX, or equivalent technologies.
• Deep understanding of ISO 27001 controls, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience with SIEM, NAC, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux administration, Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, backup solutions, and change management.
• Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are highly preferred:
• CCNP / CCIE
• Fortinet NSE / FCP
• Palo Alto PCNSE
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
• CISSP, CISM, or CEH (preferred)

• Leading ISO certification and surveillance audits.
• Managing enterprise networks with 500+ users across multiple locations.
• Working in regulated environments with strong governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience in cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and Zero Trust security architecture.
