At NxtQube AeroGravity, we're building next-generation Robotics, Automation, UAV, and Industrial Products. We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and transforming ideas into production-ready products.

• Lead end-to-end mechanical product development—from concept and design to prototyping, testing, validation, and production.
• Design mechanical systems using sheet metal, machined parts, plastic injection molded components, FRP, and carbon fiber composites.
• Create high-quality 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
• Drive prototype development, product testing, design optimization, and commercialization.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Electronics, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for prototype and production development.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.

• 4–6 years of experience in Mechanical Design and New Product Development.
• Strong experience in Robotics, Automation Design, UAV, Aerospace, or Industrial Product Design.
• Expertise in:
• Mechanical Product Design
• Sheet Metal & Machined Components
• Plastic Injection Molded Parts
• FRP & Carbon Fiber Components
• DFM, DFA & GD&T
• Prototype Development & Product Validation
• Manufacturing Processes & Material Selection
• Proficiency in one or more CAD tools: SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Are willing to travel for supplier development, product testing, and field deployments.
