Position

Senior MBBS Resident Medical Officer (Emergency & ICU)

Qualification

• MBBS from a recognized medical college
• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration
  
  

Experience

• Experience in Emergency Medicine and ICU preferred
• Candidates should be capable of independently managing critically ill patients, emergency cases, and ICU duties.
  
  

Salary

💰 Up to ₹1.5 Lakhs per Month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage Emergency Department and ICU patients
• Assess, stabilize, and treat medical emergencies
• Perform emergency procedures including airway management, intubation, ACLS/BLS protocols, and basic critical care
• Monitor ventilated and critically ill patients in the ICU
• Coordinate with consultants for patient management and referrals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, case sheets, and discharge summaries
• Supervise junior doctors, nursing staff, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, infection control, and quality care
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care
• Ability to make quick clinical decisions under pressure
• Experience in ventilator management and ICU monitoring
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
