Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Lean Manufacturing

Lean Strategy & Roadmap Development:

o Develop a 3 to 5 years Lean transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals

o Define annual Lean objectives, KPIs, and improvement targets like OEE & Productivity

improvement, Cost savings, Inventory & Lead time reduction, 5S audit scores, Lean maturity index,

Kaizen numbers etc.

 Deployment Across 15 Plants

o Partner with Plant Heads to identify improvement opportunities.

o Institutionalize Lean principles such as: VSM / Kaizen / 5S / SMED / Visual Management / Standard

Work

o Ensure standardization of Lean practices across plants.

o Conduct regular plant visits for audits, coaching, and reviews.

 Performance Monitoring & Reporting

o Track plant-wise progress against Lean targets.

o Publish: Weekly progress dashboards / Monthly performance and savings reports

o Present structured updates to senior leadership.

 Capability Building

o Design and implement Lean training curriculum.

o Build internal Lean trainers

o Facilitate cross-plant knowledge sharing forums.

 Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization

o Drive cost reduction initiatives.

o Improve operational efficiency and asset utilization.

o Reduce waste across processes (material, time, motion, inventory).

Minimum Criteria:

 Qualification: BE – Mech/ Electrical (Minimum); Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt (Desirable)

 Experience: More than 12 years (Min. 5-year experience in implementing Lean across multiple plants)
