Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Gurgaon Sec 44, 5 days, in-office)

Xponentium is an IITians-led AI services + Media Analytics + IT staff augmentation company We are looking for a dynamic individual who can directly report to the founders, who are graduates from IIT Kanpur.

What you will own:

• A team of 7-10 recruiters today, scaling to 12-15 in 12 months
• BFSI tech hiring across Java, .NET, GCP, AI/ML, QA Automation, DevOps
• Daily metrics on CV views, submissions, screenings, screen-selects, client confirmations
• Hiring, training, and exiting recruiters as evidence demands
• An AI-infused workflow we have already built (JD screening, profile assessment, questionnaire generation)

What we expect:

• 5-12 years of recruitment experience in IT staff augmentation, recruitment consultancy, boutique IT staffing, or RPO
• Player-coach DNA - 70% manager, 30% closing the hardest 2-3 positions personally each month
• Track record of building and running daily/weekly metric review meetings
• Experience hiring AND firing recruiters - not just managing them
• Comfort with AI workflows. We use AI as a 10x lever, not a threat.

Work Model:

• 5 days/week from Sec 44 Gurgaon office
• Direct CEO reporting
• All days in office
