The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring across multiple functions, managing aggressive hiring targets, and building high-quality talent pipelines for luxury real estate and township development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage target-based hiring mandates across multiple departments such as architecture, design, engineering, corporate functions, hospitality, and operations.
- Work closely with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
- Drive recruitment for mid to senior level leadership roles.
- Ensure a strong employer branding strategy to attract high-quality talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and recruitment procedures.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working in a target-driven and high-pressure hiring environment.
- Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Hospitality, Construction, or Luxury Brands will be preferred.
- Strong expertise in headhunting, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
