Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of business and technical expertise, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders while working closely with product and engineering teams. This role is more strategic than a traditional BSA position, requiring strong consulting capabilities and the ability to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business leadership, product teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and technical solutions.

• Support and drive the documentation strategy across the product area, ensuring clear, consistent, and scalable documentation practices.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for senior and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support solution development.

• Ensure clear communication across business, product, and technical teams throughout the lifecycle of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (BSA) working across both business and technology domains.

• Experience interacting with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile environments.

• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and strategic outcomes.
