Senior Manager – Sales (Lending & Credit)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Sales (Lending & Credit) to lead revenue growth, sales performance, and portfolio expansion for lending and credit products in the US geography. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build high-performing frontline sales teams while ensuring compliance with lending and risk frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Portfolio Growth

  • Own revenue targets, repeat business, and portfolio growth across lending and credit products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, mentor, and scale teams of Sales Associates and Team Leads
  • Set clear performance goals, quotas, and KPIs
  • Hire, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Translate business targets into structured sales plans and execution frameworks
  • Build strong sales processes, playbooks, and operating discipline
  • Drive continuous improvements in productivity and conversion performance

Data-Driven Performance Management

  • Use data insights to monitor pipeline health and identify growth opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and drive corrective actions when needed
  • Identify risks and optimize strategies to improve revenue outcomes

Compliance & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure adherence to lending policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and global leadership teams
  • Maintain strong governance and operational discipline across sales functions


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Leadership, or Relationship Management
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large frontline sales teams
  • Strong understanding of lending products, credit lifecycle, and portfolio management
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
